Night Guard Needed : 40 Hours/Week

Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Night Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises during overnight hours. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial part in maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, incident prevention, and emergency response. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding safety standards around the clock. This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week during night shifts, providing a vital service that keeps our facilities protected and compliant with security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to monitor for suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Manually log and monitor entry and exit for authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors.
• Answer phones and respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by following established emergency response procedures including, but not limited to: assisting drivers broke down on the road, contacting emergency services when needed, etc.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities observed during shifts.
• Enforce loss prevention measures and ensure compliance with security regulations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Handle conflict de-escalation situations effectively using conflict management techniques and law enforcement collaboration when necessary.

Training will be provided!

Schedule is as follows:

• Saturday: 10A - 10P
• Sunday: 10A - 5P
• Monday Thru Wednesday: 12A - 7A
• Off Thursday and Friday

Starting Pay: $20.00 /Hour. Negotiable.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
