About YPS

Your Perfect Stay (YPS) is a growing luxury serviced apartment business, combining five-star service with the comfort of beautifully designed apartments.

As we prepare to open 120 luxury apartments in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, we're looking for a professional and customer-focused Night Guest Experience Executive to join our team.

The Role

Working overnight, you'll be the key point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience throughout the night.

You'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming and assisting late-night arrivals and departures.
• Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Managing keys, fobs and guest access.
• Handling overnight emergencies, incidents and maintenance issues.
• Monitoring the property and supporting guest safety and security.
• Completing overnight checks, reports and handovers.
• Working independently and using your initiative to resolve problems.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments or customer service.
• Is professional, friendly and confident dealing with guests.
• Stays calm under pressure and can think on their feet.
• Is reliable and comfortable working independently at night.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Hospitality or property management experience is desirable, but attitude and a genuine passion for looking after guests are equally important.
