Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia offers 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. Having recently opened, the hotel presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and help shape the future of this landmark hotel.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Host/ess

• Welcome and assist guests during night hours, managing late check-ins, early departures, and guest enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Handle overnight front desk operations, including reservations, billing, calls, system updates, and basic administrative tasks.
• Responding appropriately to any incidents or emergencies.
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive guest experience at all times.
• Complete night audit and provide a clear handover to the morning team.

About you

Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities skills are required.
