Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations during night shifts, including front desk activities, guest services, security, and maintenance coordination.
• Supervise and manage hospitality teams, ensuring team members deliver outstanding guest relations aligned with restaurant standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management and financial transactions, to optimize profitability.
• Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, scheduling, and training initiatives to maintain a motivated team.
• Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and team members.Requirements
• Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee daily operations confidently during night shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills coupled with managerial communication abilities.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective guest interactions in diverse environments.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
