Night Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and attentive Evening Manager to oversee restaurant operations during evening hours, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. As a Evening Manager, you will be the key point of contact for guests arriving or departing during the evening shift, manage front desk activities, handle guest inquiries, and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed. Create a welcoming environment while efficiently managing all evening procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, providing personalized solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the evening process, reconciling daily financial transactions with our Toast POS system.
• Enforce emergency procedures, including safety protocols, security checks, and incident response to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff..
• Handle phone communication with professionalism, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and external vendors effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management , with a strong background in front desk duties and guest services is preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant emergency procedures, safety protocols, and evening processes is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication techniques.
