We're looking for a confident and experienced Night Manager to lead our hotel operation overnight, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and a safe, secure environment for guests and team members.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take responsibility for the hotel during overnight hours, overseeing guest service, operational standards and night audit processes while acting as the senior manager on duty.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational standards
• Act as the senior manager on duty during overnight shifts
• Support and guide overnight team members, creating a positive and high-performing working environment
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and feedback professionally and effectively
• Oversee night audit processes and ensure financial and administrative procedures are completed accurately
• Conduct regular security, safety and property checks throughout the hotel
• Ensure company, brand and legal standards are maintained at all times
• Manage incidents and make confident decisions to support guests, team members and the business
• Support the preparation of the hotel for the following day's operation
• Help create a safe, secure and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a hotel leadership, duty management or night management role
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Good organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of hotel operations and night audit processes
• Positive, proactive and professional approach
