Night Manager/Night Porter

If you have experience as a Night Manager/Night Porter and are looking for your next challenge we would love to hear from you.

You will have the ability to multitask, think on your feet, and have excellent attention to detail with a strong customer focus. A team player with knowledge of front office operations /systems and a valid driver's license.

Hours of work are 10:30pm - 7:00am 5 days a week on a roster including weekends.

Night Manager Role, part of your duties involve:

* Being in-charge of the hotel over-night
* Completing the night audit duties with accuracy
* Providing high level of customer service
* Taking responsibility for the safety and security of the building responding to emergency situations and any guest concerns within guidelines
* Effective supervision of night porter personal 
* Late guest arrivals and early departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused

Night Porter Role, part of your duties involve:

* Setting up breakfast for next morning.
* Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
* Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers (internal or external) are positive and productive
* Clean and maintain hotel public areas
* Prepare and deliver room service during the night
* Be fully conversant with departmental fire and evacuation procedures
