Position: Night Operations Supervisor

Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all night-shift courier operations.
• Monitor pickup, sorting, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure shipments are processed and dispatched on time.
• Coordinate with hub staff, drivers, delivery teams, and other departments.
• Monitor shipment movement and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain proper records of shipments, dispatches, and night operations.
• Ensure proper handling and security of parcels.
• Manage and allocate night-shift staff and work responsibilities.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and shift performance.
• Coordinate with the management regarding delays, operational issues, and urgent matters.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
• Prepare and submit daily night-operation reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the courier / logistics industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of courier operations, sorting, dispatch, and shipment handling.
• Good team-management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle operational issues and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work during night hours.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
