Night Porter

Quality Hotel Coventry is looking for a Night Porter to join us in this exciting opportunity.

The role will be to cover the Night Shifts between the period of 11pm - 7am

The Quality Hotel Coventry is 3 star, 80 bedroom hotel. The hotel has excellent conference and wedding facilities as well as offering restaurant, bar, private functions and Leisure Suite.

What will I be doing?

As Night Porter you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards;

• To provide a reception service to guests arriving at night
• Maximise the service opportunities for guests to ensure repeat visits
• To cover the Reception desk and carry out all duties
• To arrange transport for guests when required
• To be able to confidently sell the hotel facilities to the guests during their stay.
• To set up for meetings/events ensuring a high and consistent standard is maintained
• To maintain the cleanliness of the hotel throughout your shift

A Night Porter serving the Quality Hotel Coventry is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills and values that follow;

• Previous experience in the same or similar role
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a customer service environment
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• To be friendly and welcoming at all times

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
