Night Concierge

Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Night Concierge who will act as our digital ambassador during the night hours. Beyond traditional front-desk duties, this role is centered on managing our online presence—responding to new booking inquiries in real-time and providing instant support to current guests via digital chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Inquiry Management: Monitor and respond instantly to booking inquiries across all platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, ...) to maintain a high response rate and maximize conversion during night hours.

Live Chat Support: Act as the primary operator for guest WhatsApp chats and internal communication apps. Provide immediate assistance to in-house guests regarding their needs, requests, or emergencies.

Online Concierge Services: Coordinate late-night requests

Security & Monitoring: Maintain a physical and digital watch over the villa complex. Coordinate with on-site security to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests.

Shift Handover: Prepare comprehensive digital reports of all night-time inquiries, pending bookings, and guest requests for the morning management team.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in Front Office.

Digital Proficiency: Advanced skills in using PMS, Extranets (Booking.com/Airbnb), and professional communication tools (WhatsApp Business, etc.).

Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English. You must be able to write professional, polite, and persuasive messages to international guests. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Reliability: A disciplined individual who can work independently and maintain high productivity throughout the night shift.
