Night Security Guard (Entry Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant Security Guard to monitor incoming traffic and safety of our premises. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a quiet environment by maintaining who has access to the property. Your dedication to safety, order, and excellent customer service will ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming atmosphere for all residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the property and respond to suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular walk through (when able) of the premises, including buildings, parking areas, and perimeter fences, to identify potential hazards or security issues.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies situations and alert proper authorities and management.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any issues, accidents, or unusual activities observed during shifts.
• Use conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally while maintaining safety for all parties involved.

Skills

• Must be technology savvy
• Spanish is helpful not necessary
• Communication is a must

Hours

• Saturday - Friday 10pm - 3am, 30 hours per week

Pay Rate

• $12.00 per hour
