Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Prep & Assembly worker for evening shifts Monday through Friday to support production operations. The role requires following assembly line procedures and preparing materials for manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare components and parts according to assembly instructions for production lines.

• Assemble products or sub-assemblies following documented procedures and quality standards.

• Inspect finished components for defects and ensure compliance with specifications before moving to next stage.

• Maintain work area cleanliness and organization to meet safety and efficiency requirements.

• Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to supervisory staff immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret assembly diagrams and work instructions accurately.

• Experience with hand tools and basic equipment used in assembly processes.

• Attention to detail to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.

• Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and process documentation.
