Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
• Supervise and support team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer calls.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Handle cash with precision, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to enhance product visibility.
• Assist in training new associates on store policies and procedures.
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling tasks.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong supervising skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
• Sales experience is a plus, with an understanding of retail math concepts.
• Cash handling experience, including familiarity with cash registers.
• Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining organization.
