Not every great Bail Bonding Agent comes from the bail bond industry.

And no — you do not need previous bail bonding experience. We’ll teach you the bonding part.

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

GWINNETT COUNTY — NIGHT SHIFT
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

FULTON COUNTY — NIGHT SHIFT
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Our night teams work a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation, which means you work hard when you’re here — and then get four full days off.

WHAT DOES A BAIL BONDING AGENT ACTUALLY DO?

Forget what you’ve seen on TV.

Our agents are part customer service rep, part problem solver, part salesperson and part paperwork pro.

On any given shift, you might:

• Help families understand the bonding process during a stressful situation
• Answer phones and explain services, pricing and next steps
• Work directly with local jails and detention facilities
• Prepare bonds and complete important documentation
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Build relationships with customers and turn inquiries into business
• Manage multiple situations at once without losing your cool
• Work independently while still being part of a team

It’s fast-paced. It’s people-focused. And no two shifts are exactly the same.
