That means we need experienced agents who can move fast, communicate clearly, think on their feet, and turn a fresh enquiry into a productive conversation.

We're not looking for someone who simply reads from a script.

We're looking for someone who knows how to talk to people.

The Role

You'll be responsible for responding to fresh inbound leads as they arrive.

Your job is to quickly make contact, understand what the lead needs, qualify their interest, handle the conversation professionally, and move them toward the appropriate next step — whether that's booking an appointment, scheduling a consultation, or handing the opportunity over to the client's team.

Speed matters. But so does the quality of the conversation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced agents who:

• Have previous call centre, telesales, appointment-setting, lead qualification, or inbound/outbound calling experience
• Have a strong spoken command of English
• Sound natural, confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with international customers
• Can build rapport quickly without sounding scripted
• Know how to ask good questions and actually listen to the answers
• Can handle objections and hesitation calmly
• Are comfortable working with CRMs, diallers, and lead-management systems
• Can follow processes while still using good judgement
• Are highly dependable and consistently available during their assigned shift
• Can work effectively in an environment where response time is measured in seconds, not hours

What Success Looks Like

A lead arrives.

You respond immediately.

You understand why they enquired, have a genuine conversation, qualify them, and get them to the next step.

Throughout your shift, you're alert, responsive, organised, and ready when the next lead arrives.

Because when a business has paid to generate a lead, every minute matters.

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of relevant phone-based experience preferred.

You must also have:

• Excellent spoken English
• Professional phone presence
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Reliable computer and headset
• Quiet working environment
• Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
• Experience using CRM or call-centre software

Application Process

We're deliberately selective about this role.

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete:

1. Voice introduction
A short recording so we can assess spoken English, clarity, confidence, and communication style.

2. Experience screening
We'll discuss your previous calling, sales, qualification, or appointment-setting experience.

3. Live roleplay
We'll give you a realistic inbound lead and see how you handle the conversation.

We're less interested in perfect interview answers and more interested in seeing how you actually perform on a call.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
