Night Shift Care Assistant

We’re looking for Waking Night Care Assistants to join our friendly team, supporting 6 individuals throughout the night.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting with personal care and nighttime routines
• Providing reassurance, companionship and support
• Helping with supper and breakfast
• Administering medication – full training provided
• Keeping communal areas clean and tidy
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
• Following care plans and supporting individuals safely

What we’re looking for

You’ll be caring, patient, reliable and calm, with a genuine desire to support others.

Care experience is preferred but not essential – if you have the right attitude and values, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience with challenging behaviour or PBS is an advantage.
