Job Summary

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.

Monitor and record vital signs accurately, maintaining detailed medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) system.

Support patient safety by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.

Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Manage medical supplies and equipment efficiently while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.

Provide compassionate care for individuals with complex needs such as dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or developmental disabilities.
