Join our growing team and become an important part of our reliable overnight parcel delivery operation!

We are currently looking for a Night Shift Cover Delivery Driver to support our operation by covering different established routes when required.

This is not typical multi-drop courier work. Our drivers mainly deliver to parcel lockers and regular commercial locations, with an average of only 10 stops per shift.

As a Cover Driver, you will need to be flexible and confident working across different routes. You may also be responsible for supporting and training new drivers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Covering different overnight delivery routes when required
• Delivering parcels to parcel lockers and regular commercial locations
• Average of approximately 10 stops per shift
• Loading, sorting and delivering parcels safely and on time
• Working independently during night shifts
• Following established delivery procedures
• Supporting the operation when regular drivers are unavailable
• Helping to maintain high delivery and service standards
• Assisting with training new drivers when required

Pay & Additional Earnings

£150 per working day

Based on approximately 252 working days per year, basic annual earnings are approximately:

£37,800 per year

In addition to the basic daily rate, there are opportunities to earn extra money through:

What We're Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ideally at least 2 years of driving experience
• Previous courier or delivery experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible and able to cover different routes
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Confident using delivery apps and scanning equipment
• Ability to follow procedures and meet delivery deadlines
• Willingness to train and support other drivers when required
