Night Shift/ Evening Shift Server

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Night Shift/Evening Shift Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Your role will involve engaging with guests, managing food and beverage orders, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as TOAST
• Provide expert recommendations on drinks, and menu items to enhance guest experience through upselling techniques
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations
• Manage cash handling and sales transactions accurately, including processing payments via POS systems and handling cash as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations throughout their visit
• Be willing to do dishes and clean ups per job requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly during night or evening shifts
• Knowledge of TOAST POS is a positive.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing sales transactions and managing cash handling responsibilities

Pay: $8.95 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
