Night Shift Front Desk Receptionist
Shift: Evening / Night (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY

Position Overview

The Night Shift Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience during evening hours. This role manages guest check-in and check-out, coordinates service appointments, maintains front desk organization, and ensures smooth communication between departments during high-traffic periods.

This position requires strong multitasking skills, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Check guests in and out accurately using POS system
• Explain spa policies, admission details, and current promotions
• Handle guest questions and resolve concerns promptly

Phone & Appointment Management

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability

Operations Support

• Distribute robes, towels, and locker assignments
• Maintain organized front desk and lobby area
• Restock front desk supplies (robes, towels, forms, retail items, etc.)
• Coordinate with therapists, housekeeping, and kitchen staff as needed

Administrative Duties

• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling
• Monitor closing procedures and ensure front desk is prepared for next shift
• Assist with nightly reporting and documentation when required

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
