Night Shift Level 2 Operative

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Production Operatives - Level 2 on day shift at our food manufacturing facility in Elm, Wisbech.

What you’ll be doing

As a Level 2 Operative within roles such as a Warehouse Op, Pallet Puller, Amenities Cleaner or Intake Flumer, you’ll also have the following responsibilities –

Start Strong – Carry out pre-start checks and sort any issues quickly so everything’s ready to roll.

Follow the Plan – Stick to the production schedule or daily task list and make sure everything’s done the Fenmarc way.

Use Equipment Safely – Operate equipment with care and confidence, following all safety and quality checks.

Keep Things Flowing – Move stock, materials and pallets where they need to be, right on time, to keep the area running smoothly. Ensure stock is rotated to avoid unnecessary waste.

Clean to the Max – Ensure we maintain our high hygiene standards so everything stays fresh, safe, and ready to go. Handle chemicals with care & in-line with your training.

Stay Sharp – Spot issues early, take action, and support changes that help the team work smarter.

Own Your Area – Manage your time and tasks like a pro, keeping your space tidy and your work on point.

Do It Right – Follow all technical and quality procedures, and make sure any paperwork is clear, correct, and complete.

Collaborate Effectively – Assist your colleagues in reaching the established objectives for the day.

Shift - Nights 5 from 7, 20:00-04:00 or 22:00-06:00
