Job Title: Night Shift Manager
* Salary: ₹25,000/month
* Location: Shahdara, Delhi
* Shift: Night shift, 9:30 PM onwards (approx. 10 hours)
Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of 30 employees and team leaders.
* Monitor CCTV and oversee daily operations.
* Handle client communication and resolve issues.
* Ensure smooth team coordination and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Good problem-solving and team management abilities.
* Experience in operations, client handling, or supervision preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
