What they need

- Any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Freshers / 03 year of experience in recruitment can apply.
- Candidates with HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT backgrounds are preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interest in IT recruitment and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Required Skills
- Good English communication is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and internet research.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and terminology is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
