Night Shift Youth Worker

Our Youth Worker Night Shift position is an entry level position perfect for anyone aspiring to gain experience in treatment and education of at Risk Youth while working nights. We offer a camping style atmosphere with plenty of wilderness and outdoor activities for youth and staff. If you are someone who wants days free to do other things, we have a position for you. Multiple walking trails, wilderness hiking trails, athletic fields, weight rooms, basketball courts, and even an indoor rock climbing wall! We provide paid training and a great starting pay rate.

Schedule:
Thursday 2am to 8am
Thursday 8pm to Friday 8am
Friday 8pm to Saturday 8am
Saturday 8pm to Sunday 8am

Pay Rate: $17-$19.00 per Hour

Requirements:

· This is a fixed schedule position
· Minimum of 21 years of age
· Ability to pass a PA State Criminal Check (ACT 34)
· Ability to pass a PA Child Abuse Clearance (ACT 33)
· Ability to pass a FBI Clearance (ACT 114)
· Clean National Sex Offender Registry Report
· Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Pass a physical and drug screening
· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· Monitor the activities and safety of Youth during the night
· Provide a structured environment by holding students accountable to program expectations
· Model appropriate behaviors
