Night Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Supervisor to oversee operations during the evening shift in our dynamic Bowling and Entertainment environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a productive and efficient team atmosphere. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing shift operations, and upholding the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage team performance by providing guidance, training, and support to enhance service quality.
• Utilize Square POS system for efficient order processing and inventory management.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to guarantee adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control.
• Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to maintain cleanliness and organization.

Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
• Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Strong understand of Bowling league operations
• Strong understanding of budgeting principles related to food service operations.
• Experience in team management, including training and performance evaluation.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation processes is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
