Summary

As a Night Support Worker/Sleep in Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals during night time hours, ensuring their safety and well-being. Reporting to the senior Team, your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, some medication administration, and offering companionship. Your core experience in care, will be vital in delivering personalized support. Additionally, your relevant skills in patient care will enhance the quality of life for those you care for, making a meaningful impact in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents during the night, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Assist with medication administration where required and monitor health conditions.
• Engage in meaningful interactions with residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Support with meal preparation and assist residents with personal care needs.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.88-£13.29 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pontefract, West Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
