Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry.
• Upsell menu items and drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with food handling and sanitation duties to maintain a clean environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery in a fine dining or nightclub setting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings.
• Previous Bartending Experience is highly encouraged.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; OpenTable experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations with professionalism.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy nights efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately.

Pay: From $6.38 per hour
