Nighttime Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
• Manage and supervise a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Ensure efficient and smooth shift transitions
• Assist in training and development of new employees
• Monitor food production and quality to meet customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve business goals

Experience:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or shift management role in a restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and banquet services
• Familiarity with POS systems and catering software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
