Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and brake repairs to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy equipment mechanics techniques to execute repairs efficiently.
• Work with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and auto electrical systems to troubleshoot modern vehicle features.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals for precise repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and other mechanical systems.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers about repair needs and maintenance schedules.

Experience

• Proven dealership experience or extensive background working in an automotive repair industry setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive suspension systems, air brakes, diesel engines, and heavy equipment mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Nissan vehicles or similar makes is advantageous but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical repairs including oil changes, wheel alignments, brake repairs, and auto body work.
• Experience working with power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills coupled with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
