is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based at our facility in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. We are actively hiring individuals who are new to the call centre and BPO industry, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you—no prior BPO experience necessary!

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
• Resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our systems
• Following company scripts and protocols whilst maintaining a personal touch
• Meeting and exceeding call quality and productivity targets
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate
• Adhering to all compliance and data protection regulations
• Continuously seeking to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with basic software applications
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• No prior BPO or call centre experience required—we provide full training
