Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries using GDS tools. Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient travel support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
• At least 12 months of GDS experience required
• Experience with Sabre preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle travel reservations and customer inquiries
• Process bookings, rebookings, and cancellations using Sabre
• Provide accurate travel information and support
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
