PAY:

• Yearly income: $62,400 - $78,000
• Weekly earnings: $1,200 - $1,500
• Orientation bonus: $300 collected immediately upon finishing the program
• Starting mileage rate: $0.50 CPM

JOB DETAILS:

• Position: OTR - Full Time
• Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van on every load every time
• Home Time: Every two weeks - a hard standing guarantee that holds firm through every cycle without exception
• Schedule: Day and night shifts are both offered and available; weekend availability is expected as part of the standard schedule
• Weekly mileage: 1,800 - 2,500 miles

• Full fleet of 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias kept in outstanding condition and road ready at every moment
• Automatic transmission standard on every truck across the entire fleet
• Dry van trailers assigned exclusively on every single load

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid and active Class A CDL required from every applicant
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Clean and verifiable driving record required
• No SAP program history or DUI record of any kind accepted
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening before starting
• No special endorsements or additional certifications of any kind required
• Must live within a reasonable commutable distance from Lancaster, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely and professionally operate a Class A tractor-trailer on every assigned OTR run covering all 48 states
• Complete detailed and thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections on every single haul
• Keep all ELD electronic logs accurate current and in full compliance with every applicable DOT regulation
• Follow all DOT rules and company safety policies precisely and consistently on every haul
• Stay in clear professional and timely contact with dispatch from start to finish on every single run
