Home Weekly | No Touch Freight

What We Offer:

• Paid Training for Recent Grads
• $800/week during training for eligible new drivers
• Solo Starts: Average $1,420–$1,530 per week
• Starting pay from $0.50 CPM for qualified drivers
• Up to 3 CPM Drive to Thrive performance bonus
• Short-haul minimum pay: $100–$200, depending on miles

Additional Pay:

• Detention: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
• Salary - Paid Weekly
• Paid orientation
• Late-model Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths

Home Time & Freight:

• Get Home: Weekly
• 100% No-Touch Freight
• Mix of drop & hook and live unload
• Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week
• Run Up to 12-20 Western States
• Regional routes throughout the Western states

Requirements:

• A Valid CDL-A
• Candidates must be over 21
• 0 Experience Required
• New Grads Are Welcome - Training provided
• Must meet DOT regulations & Clean MVR

Responsibilities:

• Run 2,200–2,500 miles per week as a solo driver
• Safely drive and inspect CDL‑A trucks
• Keep accurate logs and follow policies
• Coordinate with dispatch for on‑time deliveries
