Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - No Experience Needed

Just earned your CDL-A and ready to get started? This opportunity gives new drivers the chance to gain valuable experience while running regional routes with weekend home time. Get your trucking career moving while still having your weekends to spend with family and loved ones

Pay & Compensation

• Average pay: $1,400 - $1,700/week
• Estimated annual pay: $73,000 - $89,000
• CPM: 56¢ - 64¢ (increased 60 CPM at the end of 1st year, maxing out after 4 years)
• Average miles: 2,400 - 2,600 per week

Home Time

• Home every weekend

Orientation

• One day long
• $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
• Transportation and hotel provided
• Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment

Freight

• Cover the Midwest on regional dry van runs, handling 100% no-touch freight from pickup to delivery. Stay on the road with reliable year-round loads and consistent regional opportunities

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
• Must reside within 100 miles of Plainfield, IN
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
