No Experience Class-A CDL Driver - Regional Routes

Job Type: Full-time

New CDL-A drivers are encouraged to apply and gain hands-on experience through regional driving. With weekly home time, you can develop your skills, grow your confidence on the road, and build your future without putting family time on hold

Pay & Compensation

• Average pay: $1,600 - $1,900/week
• Estimated annual pay: $84,000 - $100,000
• Unload pay: $250
• CPM: 85¢ - 100¢ (based on experience)
• Average miles: 1,500 - 1,700 per week

Home Time

• Home every week for 2 consecutive days

Orientation

• One day long
• $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
• Transportation and hotel provided
• Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment

Freight

• Cover regional routes throughout the Northwest, handling dry touch freight with roller equipment that helps simplify loading and unloading. Keep your miles coming with regular regional runs and consistent freight available year-round

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
• Must reside within 50 miles of Emmaus, PA
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
