Regional Class-A Truck Driver - No Experience Required

Pay & Compensation

• Average pay: $1,300 – $1,700/week
• Estimated annual pay: $68,000 – $89,000
• CPM: 50¢ – 65¢ (*increases 1 CPM annually, maxing out after 15 years)*
• Average miles: 2,000 – 2,500 per week

Home Time

• Home once every 8 days for 2 days

Orientation

• One day long
• $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
• Transportation and hotel provided
• Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment

Freight

• Run regional routes across the Eastern Seaboard hauling refrigerated freight with 100% no-touch loads. Enjoy dependable, year-round freight and consistent work throughout the region

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworth T680s
• Modern fleet averaging just 1.5–2 years old
• 100% automatic transmissions
• Assigned truck

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Complete required trip paperwork and inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• No prior driving experience required - recent CDL grads encouraged to apply
• Minimum age 21
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
• Comfortable operating late-model automatic and manual equipment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
