No Experience Class-A CDL Driver - Regional Routes

Earned your CDL-A and looking for your first driving opportunity? We welcome new drivers who are ready to learn, gain real-world experience, and grow their skills on regional routes. With weekly home time, you can launch your trucking career while still making time for family and life outside work

Pay & Compensation

• Average pay: $1,200 - $1,600/week
• Estimated annual pay: $63,000 - $84,000
• CPM: 50¢ - 65¢ (based on experience)
• Average miles: 2,200 - 2,500 per week

Home Time

• Home once a week (for 2 consecutive days)

Orientation

• One day long
• $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
• Transportation and hotel provided
• Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment

Freight

• Cover regional routes throughout Texas, hauling dry freight with 100% no-touch loads. Keep your miles consistent with year-round freight and routes that stay entirely within the state

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
• Must reside within 50 miles of Round Rock, TX
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
