No Experience Class A CDL Truck Drivers: 20

If you’ve finished truck driving school, we’ll train you and get you on the road. Run Central-East while being trained.

What We Offer:

• Paid Training for Recent Grads
• Home time: Get Home Weekly
• $700/week during training for eligible new drivers
• Solo Starts: Average $1,360–$1,520 per week
• Starting pay from $0.60 CPM-$0.70
• Up to 3 CPM Drive to Thrive performance bonus
• Short-haul minimum pay: $100–$200, depending on miles

Additional Pay:

• Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Detention: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
• Transition Bonus: Up to $1,500
• Layover Pay: $100/day
• Stop Pay: $25.00
• Salary - Paid Weekly
• Paid orientation

Home Time & Freight:

• Get Home: Weekly, 34 hours restart
• 100% No-Touch Freight
• Trucks will be Assigned
• Routes within GA, IL, MO, OH, SC

Lane Information:

• Mix of drop & hook and live unload
• Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week
• Run Up to 6 Eastern States
• Late-model Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• Must be 21 years or older
• Recent CDL graduates welcome
• Minimum 3 months Experience for Sign-On Bonus
• Must meet DOT requirements
