Regional CDL-A seats are open right now in Chandler, AZ. Chandler sits on the southeast side of the Phoenix metro on I-10 and Loop 202 - a fast growing freight market with consistent regional lanes running into AZ, NM, NV, CA, and UT every week. Reliable miles, no-touch freight, and a home time schedule that gets you back every single weekend without fail. No prior trucking experience required - full training and support provided from day one.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual earnings between $72,800 and $78,000
• Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500
• Average weekly mileage: 2,000 – 2,500 miles
• CPM Rate: $0.58 – $0.70

Responsibilities

• Run assigned regional routes out of Chandler, AZ covering AZ, NM, NV, CA, and UT
• Inspect tractor and trailer thoroughly before and after every single run
• Keep ELD logs current and accurate per FMCSA hours of service requirements
• Deliver on time and communicate with dispatch proactively on any delays or changes
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies on every run

Requirements

• Experience Level: Trainees and Experienced Drivers
• Special Equipment: Dry Van
• Endorsements: None required
• Shifts: Both day and night shifts available
• Valid CDL Class A license - current and active
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Clean driving record - no major violations
• No SAP history | No DUI offenses
• Must reside within 50 miles of Chandler, AZ
