No Experience CDL Class A, Dedicated Truck Driver

We are hiring CDL-A reefer drivers for a dedicated account delivering Kraft refrigerated freight out of Lathrop, CA. This is a 5-state West regional account covering California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Utah. Trainees and team drivers are both accepted. Consistent drivers running 2,800–3,000 miles per week earn $1,500-$1,700+ weekly. Immediate openings - 5 CA positions available.

PAY

• $1,500 - $1,700 average weekly earnings
• CPM: $0.60 - $0.80 based on experience
• Short haul pay: $25 for loads under 50 miles
• Stop pay: $10 per stop
• Weekly mileage: 2,800 - 3,000 average
• Paid weekly

JOB DETAILS

• Position: Full-Time - Dedicated Reefer
• Customer: Kraft
• Equipment: Refrigerated trailer
• Freight: Mix of drop and hook and live unload
• Running area: 5 Western States - California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Utah
• Home Time: Every two weeks
• Shift: Both day and night

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Trainees and experienced drivers all welcome
• Must live within 50 miles of Lathrop, CA (zip 95330)
• Clean driving record
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• No special endorsements required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate Class A reefer truck on dedicated Kraft West regional lanes
• Drop and hook and live unload at customer locations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections including reefer unit check
• Maintain accurate ELD logs
• Follow all DOT regulations and safety policies
• Communicate with dispatch on pickup, delivery, and trip progress
