We are hiring full-time entry level CDL-A drivers for an OTR position out of Wendell, NC. Run consistent OTR routes across all 48 states, come home every two weeks on a guaranteed rotation, and earn strong weekly pay from day one. No prior trucking experience required - a valid CDL-A is all you need and we will train and support you every step of the way.

PAY:

• Annual pay: $62,400 - $88,400
• Average weekly pay: $1,200 - $1,700
• Orientation bonus: $300 paid upon completion
• Starting CPM rate: $0.50 per mile
• Direct deposit every Friday without exception

JOB DETAILS:

• Position: OTR - Full Time
• Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van
• Home Time: Every two weeks - guaranteed every single cycle no exceptions
• Schedule: Day and night shifts available; weekend availability required
• Weekly mileage: 1,800 - 2,500 miles

EQUIPMENT:

• 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias - meticulously maintained and always road ready
• Automatic transmission on every truck in the fleet
• Dry van trailers on every assigned load

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record
• No SAP program or DUI history
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
• No special endorsements or certifications required
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of Wendell, NC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on all assigned OTR routes across all 48 states
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections on every single run
• Maintain accurate and fully compliant ELD electronic logs at all times
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies on every haul
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch throughout every trip
