Looking for an Regional position that still keeps you close to home? This dry van route runs within the 10 Western States, with runs normally no more than 2 weeks out — giving you the lifestyle without being gone for several weeks at a time. Trainees, first-seat, and experienced drivers are all welcome to apply.

Pay & Incentives

• Standard OTR mileage pay scale (line haul pay)
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300–$1,500
• Average Weekly Mileage: 1,800–2,200 miles
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Unload Pay: $20 for assist/pallet jack/tailgate, $80 for full hand unload

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every two weeks
• Both day and night shifts
• Holidays off possible — coordinate with your driver leader

Freight & Routes
Drivers will run dedicated lanes throughout the 10 Western States (AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY), with the option to run beyond the region if desired. Freight includes live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook.

• Dry van trailers
• Well-maintained fleet

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Trainee, first-seat, or 1+ year experienced drivers accepted
• No specialized endorsements required
• Must be comfortable with occasional winter driving
• Teams welcome
