Pay & Miles

• Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,500
• Annual earnings: $72,800–$78,000
• CPM pay: $0.52–$0.60
• Average 2,000–2,500 miles per week

Routes & Freight

• Home weekly
• Consistent lanes designed to maximize home time
• Regional runs throughout Texas
• No forced dispatch outside the region

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
• Most trucks are 2 years old or newer
• Automatic transmission options available
• Dry van and reefer freight
• Assigned trucks available on regional and dedicated routes
• No slip seating

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections according to DOT requirements
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school training
• Current DOT medical card

• Must be reliable, safety-minded, and willing to follow company policies
