Pay

• $1,600 – $1,750 average weekly pay
• $83,200 – $91,000 estimated yearly pay
• $0.73 – $0.78 per mile (CPM), based on experience
• Automatic $0.01 CPM raise every 12 months
• $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid after 30 days
• Direct deposit every Friday

The Job

• Full-time local CDL-A route out of Elizabethtown, PA
• 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight - no unloading, no dock work
• Home every night - no overnight trips
• 5–6 days per week, Monday - Saturday dispatch
• 2,190 – 2,245 miles per week average

• Local lanes throughout South Central Pennsylvania
• Frequent stops in Lancaster, Harrisburg, Lebanon, and York

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, in good standing
• 21 years or older
• Entry-level drivers welcome - 0 months experience required
• Minor violations reviewed case by case
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Operate an assigned CDL-A day cab on local routes out of Elizabethtown, PA
• Handle no-touch, drop-and-hook pickups and deliveries on your assigned corridor
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections every shift
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and stay within legal hours of service
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations on every run
• Stay in contact with dispatch throughout your shift
