Regional Class-A CDL Driver - No Experience Needed

Pay & Compensation

• Average pay: $1,700 - $2,000/week
• Estimated annual pay: $84,000 - $100,000
• CPM: 60¢ - 70¢ (based on experience)
• Stop pay: $10 per stop
• Average miles: 2,400 - 2,800 per week

Home Time

• 2 days at home after every 12 days on the road

Orientation

• One day long
• $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
• Transportation and hotel provided
• Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment

Freight

• Travel regional routes across 11 Western states, moving 100% no-touch dry van freight. Benefit from year-round freight demand and regular opportunities to keep your miles steady across the region.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid DOT medical card
• Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
• Must reside within 75 miles of Henderson, NV
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
