PAY

• $1,500 - $1,700 average weekly pay
• $78,000 - $88,400 estimated yearly
• $0.70 - $0.75 CPM depending on experience
• $0.01 CPM raise every 12 months - automatic, no negotiating
• $2,000 sign-on bonus after 30 days on the job
• Direct deposit every Friday

THE JOB

• Full-time local position out of Tolleson, AZ
• 100% no-touch, drop and hook freight
• Home every night
• 5 to 6 days per week
• 2,145 - 2,270 miles per week average

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL in good standing
• 21 or older
• Entry-level drivers are welcome - 0 months of experience required
• Minor violations reviewed case by case
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate your assigned CDL-A day cab on local routes out of Tolleson, AZ
• Handle no-touch, drop and hook pickups and deliveries on your assigned corridor
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections every single shift
• Keep ELD logs accurate and stay within legal hours of service
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety rules on every run
• Stay in contact with dispatch throughout your shift
