We are hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) position based out of Lathrop, CA. This opportunity is designed for drivers looking for consistent miles, dependable earnings, and a predictable home-time schedule. Recent CDL graduates are welcome to apply, and experienced drivers are encouraged to join as well.

PAY

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,600
• Mileage Rate: $0.60 CPM
• Weekly Miles: 2,500 - 3,000

JOB DETAILS

• Position: Full-Time OTR
• Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van
• Home Time: Every two weeks
• Schedule: Day and night assignments available
• Long-haul routes covering multiple regions across the country
• Consistent freight with reliable miles throughout the year

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Clean and verifiable driving record
• No SAP program participation or DUI history
• Must successfully pass a DOT physical
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• No special endorsements required
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Lathrop, CA

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned OTR routes
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and remain compliant with DOT regulations
• Follow all company safety policies and federal requirements
• Deliver freight safely and efficiently
• Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch throughout each trip
