CDL-A Truck Driver | New Grads Welcome | Dry Van Regional | $72K–$98K | Manteca, CA

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van regional account based out of Manteca, CA. This is a beginner-friendly position for drivers who already have their CDL-A, with no experience required. Drivers run consistent regional lanes with reliable miles, steady freight, and a predictable weekly schedule. All freight is 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook.

PAY & COMPENSATION

• Annual pay: $72,800 – $98,800
• Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500 (based on experience)
• Weekly mileage: ~ 2,500 miles

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

• Home weekly or every other week
• Regional routes only: 5 Western States
• Dedicated account with consistent freight and schedule
• Full-time position

EQUIPMENT

• 2025 Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth trucks
• Assigned truck - no slip-seating
• Automatic transmission
• ELD-equipped and CARB compliant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Ensure on-time deliveries on assigned lanes

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must live within 100 miles of Manteca, CA
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
• Safe driving record and professional work history
• Recent CDL school graduates encouraged to apply
