No Experience CDL-A Local Drivers Needed - Home Daily

We're hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional reefer account with round-trip routes and daily or weekly home time. Enjoy no-touch freight, consistent dispatch, open communication, and a family-oriented account. Trainees and experienced drivers are welcome.

Pay

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400-$1,600
• Average Annual Pay: $73,000-$84,000
• Weekly Miles: 2,100
• Stop Pay: $10 for the first stop, $15 per stop after
• Driver Performance Bonus
• Paid Orientation
• Training Pay: $850/week

Home Time

• Home daily, with options to discuss
• Night shift
• Weekend work required
• Thanksgiving and Christmas off

The Route

• Regional round-trip grocery delivery
• Daily dispatch with clear, consistent expectations
• No-touch freight - stores unload the trailers
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook
• Must live within 50 miles of the hiring area

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
• Safe driving record
• Recent CDL school graduates are Needed
• Experienced drivers also welcome
