We are hiring local CDL-A drivers out of Honey Grove, TX. Same routes every day, home every night, paycheck every Friday. No experience needed - we provide full paid training and support from your very first day on the job.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual earnings between $72,800 and $78,000
• Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500
• Average weekly mileage: 2,000 – 2,500 miles
• CPM Rate: $0.58 – $0.70
• 100% No-touch freight

Home Time

• Home every night - this is a strictly local position, no exceptions
• No OTR, no regional runs, no overnight stays under any circumstances
• Your weekly schedule is set before you ever pull out of the yard

Responsibilities

• Operate your assigned CDL-A truck on local routes out of Honey Grove, TX daily
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections every single shift
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and stay within all legal hours of service
• Pick up and deliver freight on time on your assigned corridor every day
• Keep dispatch updated throughout your shift on any delays or changes

Requirements

• Experience Level: Trainees and Experienced Drivers welcome
• Special Equipment: Dry Van
• Endorsements: None required
• Shifts: Day and night shifts available
• Valid CDL Class A license - current and active
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Clean driving record - no major violations
• No SAP history | No DUI offenses
• Must reside within 30 miles of Honey Grove, TX
